AI calculates whether it is more appropriate for you to pay a periodic subscription or to pay per usage. The recommendation will account for sales volume, business goals, past history, future demand forecast and overall allotted budget.

AI will also help you to choose the best shipping method for your outgoing orders and will review other services we provide to see if your company would benefit from any of those add-on services. Free packing materials, free returns management, and free order management are some of our many complimentary services.

Dedicated Account Manager

An integral part of our personalized service is you to receive a dedicated Personal Account Manager. Account Managers will be assigned to your account when you sign up for a plan. They will serve as a personal guide during those first few weeks while you and your staff become acclimated to the system and all it entails. They will continue to remain your dedicated resource as long as you remain a customer with Epivex. They can help you with any question or issue you may have. They can even consult you on how to make most of your plan.
